A reminder that we have a men’s group running, and we’d be happy to hear from any men who might be interested in joining a small group in the future. These groups are kept fairly small, around eight men, and run over a number of months. The idea is simply to support each other in moving toward getting better, in whatever way that looks like for each person.


We’ve got one group going at the moment, and it already feels like a really good space. If you’d prefer to just have a one-to-one chat first, that’s fine too. If you’d like to talk about where you’re at and what some smart next steps might be, email [email protected] and we can arrange a time.


Meditation Group and Mindful Steps to Wellbeing Our weekly meditation group continues on Tuesdays at 1pm. I lead it from time to time, but Jerry, one of our wonderful volunteers, has been holding it much of the time over the past nine months or so. It’s a nice group to join if you have the space for it — a chance to slow down, settle, and reconnect with a bit more calm and balance.


We’ve also made some changes to Mindful Steps to Wellbeing. The workshops are now shorter at 45 minutes, and there is more support between sessions through a chat group. Members can share wins, progress, and questions, and we can keep reinforcing the ideas and practices between sessions. The thinking behind this is simple: a little bit often tends to help more than a lot every now and then. The current group is going well, and we expect the next one to start in May or June.
