Hi everyone, we hope you are doing well and keeping warm!

I know some of you are appreciating this cooler weather, while others may be struggling with the cold and the short days.

Remember that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. That means taking time and energy to do things that you enjoy, without guilt that you should be doing something more ‘productive’ or ‘health-focused’.

This may be seeing a friend or loved one, (with boundaries), crafting, playing a game on the computer or taking the time to really enjoy a cup of tea.

One thing I have noticed is that when we get into a crash it is so, so easy to think that this is how it will be forever! It is important to remember that crashes are common, but they are temporary (just like winter!). The Journey Towards Wellness is a really handy visual reminder of this.
