Kia ora to our wonderful Bay of Plenty members,

May has been a full and rewarding month, with ongoing social groups,    restorative movement sessions, and our Towards Wellness Programme online workshops keeping things lively. It was a pleasure to facilitate the lunchtime online social group this month and to welcome some new faces to our community.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been fine-tuning the second part of the Towards Wellness Programme. These final tweaks are to ensure the programme continues to deliver quality, evidence-based education and symptom management tools to support your healing journey.

I’ve also been preparing our upcoming June Monthly Members Meeting, which will focus on Restoring Balance through breathwork practices. I’m really looking forward to sharing this with you and supporting anyone who’d like to explore a more personalised breathwork plan afterwards.

As we move into June and approach the shortest days of the year, I   encourage you to take a moment to notice nature’s quiet rhythm. This midwinter period is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and simply be,   before the gentle return of longer days ahead. Happy Solstice! ❄️🌞✨
