Kia Ora and Welcome from the Mighty Waikato,

I do hope you are all well today. The season is a-changing; Autumn is well and truly in the air. Cooler nights and darker mornings are all big hints that we are slowly sliding towards winter. Luisa (Wellington Facilitator) states that she loves winter, but I must say that I prefer warmer climates. I don’t think that I am alone, who else finds it much harder to function in the winter? Having said that though, there has been some news articles on TV lately about the benefits of cold therapy and ice baths. I have a client who enjoys his cold morning shower and feels this really improves his brain fog and ability to function for the day. I would love to hear from anyone else if they use similar practices with success.

This year we have started a range of online social support groups. Support is what we offer here at CCI Support in whatever way we can, and these online groups are a great way to connect with others, especially in the cooler months when you may not feel like leaving the house to connect in person. So, if you are interested, please do check out our website for more details.

Our March Monthly Members Meeting topic was Supplements and Food Sensitivities. It was well attended with lots of great participation and conversation afterwards. This level of engagement is what we love to see and encourage, however we also appreciate that there are those of you who just like to listen in. That is all good too.

For April, our topic is ‘Listening to your body’, so I look forward to seeing you then. Keep an eye on your emails for the link and details.

Until next time, take care.

Nga mihi Nui,

Tracey
