Hello lovely WBOP members!
I don’t know about you but I’m hanging out for some sunshine! Hopefully not long now …
I am enjoying connecting with my lovely members through my restorative movement sessions and social coffee groups. Next year, I am hoping to record or do live sessions for our other members. The last restorative class will be on 15th December and our last social catch up 21st December in Greerton. It will be lovely to see some other members at our end of year meet ups. Remember to wear something Christmassy, and I will be shouting you a drink! Please contact me if you need any information on these events.
It was sad to say goodbye to our National Facilitator Roisin, but I’m super excited to start working alongside our new Facilitator Tania. Tania will also be joining me at our end of year coffee catch ups.
As we draw closer to the end of year, I want to wish you all a lovely Christmas and New Year. I hope you have a relaxing break with family. Don’t forget to delegate and sneak off every now and then for a 10 minute recharge! I am looking forward to supporting you all in the New Year. I will be away from 23rd December and back in the office again on 9th January. Till then Merry Christmas!!!
