Happy New Year to our lovely Bay of Plenty members!


I hope you all enjoyed a peaceful and restorative festive season. I was fortunate to spend a few weeks with my family, soaking up some of Aotearoa’s beautiful wild spaces in Waikaremoana and the Coromandel Peninsula, which has left me feeling refreshed and inspired.

After a month of planning and preparation, I’m really looking forward to supporting our Bay of Plenty members this year and sharing what’s ahead. Here are just a few of the highlights coming up:

· Weekly 30-minute basic breathing workshops (4-week series)

· New restorative movement videos for our website

· New and improved breathing practice videos

· The launch of another Towards Wellness online programme

· A presentation on breathing and moving more effectively for ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Long-COVID, and POTS

· Facilitation of the “Doing It Alone” online group

I hope you’re able to gain something helpful from one or more of these offerings, and I wish you a gentle and supportive journey toward wellness in 2026.
