Over the last couple months, we have asked for members to share and support CCI Support and we are so grateful that not only did you hear the call, but shared it with Family and Friends. Thank you for the support with our silent auction and Matched Giving campaign. Thank you to our president, Fiona, for organising these initiatives for us.


Like many organisations, we are feeling the impact of a difficult economic environment. Funding has been tighter over the past six months due to factors outside our control. Please be assured we are doing everything we can to continue supporting our community in a sustainable way. Our team has been incredibly professional, supportive, and committed during this time, and we are very grateful for them.


We understand some of our service adjustments may feel uncertain, and we truly appreciate your patience, as we navigate becoming a sustainable service. Response times may be a little slower while we work within reduced capacity. We thank you for your input on things we can do to help the service. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has already renewed their membership (due 1 April). If you haven’t yet, we do ask you to pay as soon as possible. If it helps, you are welcome to set up part-payments via automatic payment. For those who have donated, or encouraged others to support us—we are truly grateful.


Most of all, please take care of yourself. Be gentle, limit overwhelming news, and use mindfulness tools to support your wellbeing.
