I hope you are all enjoying the weather now that the days and nights are a little cooler. Speaking of nights, Daylight savings is coming to an end, meaning the evenings will be drawing in a little earlier. This can be helpful when establishing evening routines in preparation for sleep. Creating a routine of calmness, easing into bedtime with a quiet period of time, mindful activity such as breathwork, reading, or listening to relaxing music are all options to help calm the body and mind. Epsom salts added to either a full bath, or a foot bath, can be very relaxing and help with sleep too. Our new online groups have started and have been really enjoyable. A reminder that a brief explanation about each of these groups can be found on our website, along with the dates and meeting times.
I have enjoyed connecting with many of you over the past four weeks, and I have enjoyed welcoming new members too. April brings a few treats in the way of Easter Eggs and hot cross buns … I am looking forward to enjoying these!
