As we shift into a new season, I wanted to take a moment to connect, as I know this time of year can bring a mix of experiences — for some, a sense of renewal, and for others, new challenges or changes in symptoms. Please know you’re not alone. I’m here to support you with this and walk alongside you on your health journey. This can also be a good time to check in on what’s working for you — whether that’s daily routines, support networks, or tools that help with pacing and symptom management.
As a gentle reminder, a 1:3 rule for pacing can work well — for example, if you walk for 15 minutes, follow it with 45 minutes of rest. For those new to pacing, this can be a useful guide to help minimise post-exertional malaise and stay within your energy envelope.
