Hello Bay of Plenty and Waikato members.
It’s been a busy and rewarding month here. Our Breathing for Your Nervous System programme is going really well—we’re now halfway through the 6-week series, meeting once a week for 30 minutes. If you’re interested in learning simple techniques to support your breathing (and your nervous system), please feel free to get in touch.
I’ve also been updating the breathing practices on our website, which are nearly ready with just a few final touches to go.
It’s been lovely connecting with members through the online Doing It Alone group, with some really meaningful sharing taking place. If you’d like to join a social group, you can find more information on our website.
We’re also close to completing our first online Towards Wellness Programme, and it’s been such a privilege to be part of this journey. The knowledge and understanding gained through this programme are incredibly valuable and much needed.
