Yay Spring is here. With that I look forward to continuing the mindfulness sessions in Whakatane and Rotorua. These will primarily be practice sessions followed by discussion. Each meeting I would also like to discuss some issues relevant to you with respect to getting better.
Several members have recently selected the option of booking in a video consult and they were very useful – These consults are available 11am – 4pm. However on Monday – Thursday, the consults are able to start at 4pm and finish at 5pm. Whenever you feel stuck or wondering what next steps are, or have an issue you would like to explore please just book one.
I do get to Whakatane and Rotorua but if you ever travel up to Tauranga you might like a face to face catchup then … Feel free to make contact and we can organise that also.
The digital version of the Towards Wellness Programme is going live very soon and will be a great resource for you, giving you key information and support towards moving to greater levels of wellness. If interested in this just check in with me.
Some members have recently made some changes in nutrition and the way they manage stress with promising results. While pacing is key to success it is just one of the many changes we can make – If there is anything you suspect may be of help give us a call.
