Happy New Year to all of you! Hoping you’ve had a wonderful and rejuvenating festive season. The holidays can sometimes disrupt our daily routines, but hopefully things are starting to settle down and you can get back into day-to-day management.
We had a busy December with three days of training and planning for the new year, followed up by working on implementing these plans and gearing up for the year throughout January.
It is planned that this year, I will visit Whakatane more often and we’ll be hosting a sauerkraut making session in Rotorua mid-year (More details to come). I’m committed to supporting all of you in the Bay to the best of my ability. For those of you in the Tauranga region, my restorative movement and breathwork sessions have already begun and I’ll be starting a hobby / game share group at our office in March. If you’re interested in joining any of these activities, please let me know. I’ll also do my best to attend the Greerton and Papamoa coffee groups whenever possible. If anyone would like to volunteer as a social group coordinator for the Papamoa group, please do let me know – Your help would be greatly appreciated.
We kicked off the year with a fantastic presentation from Jacqui Clarke, a pain specialist, at our monthly members meeting. If you missed it, you can watch the video on our website. While you’re there, be sure to check out my two new restorative movement and breathwork videos.
Until next time, enjoy the last of our amazing summer!
