Kia Ora! Yes, I’m back from my European trip, which I’m finding a little difficult to adjust to, especially with the cold mornings we have been having. But spring is around the corner and I’m happy to be back and ready to continue my support for our lovely BOP members.

It was a bit of a whirlwind trip, visiting family in England and Ireland, and just about escaping the heat wave in the Mediterranean. What an adventure it was, and a time for making good memories. I look forward to catching up with you all in time to share some of my travelling stories.

Now back to business. I am hoping to start weekly restorative yoga and breathwork classes in-house at our offices on Monday mornings from 10.30am – 11.30am, starting on the 21st of August. Please let me know if you would like to attend, as space is limited. When we get in the swing of this, I will hopefully start to do either lives or videos for the rest of our members, so watch this space.

My mission this month is to get the word out there a bit in our community. I will be presenting September’s meeting on Vagal Nerve Activation, which I’m super excited about after learning the benefits of this therapy.
